How do I order online?
Simply click the Add to Cart button found on every product page. You may
continue to add items to your basket until your order is complete. Click on the
"Cart Contents" link or the shopping cart icon to return to your shopping cart
from any page on the site. Click the GO TO CHECKOUT! button and enter your
shipping and billing address, Click the Continue button to
choose your Shipping and Payment Methods. Review your order, then click the
Comfirm Order button to complete the order.
What does the Availability status mean?
- In stock now. Usually ships within 24 hours
- The product is currently available, and normally ships within 1 business
day once payment has been recieved
- In Stock Usually ships in X amount of days - The product is not immediately available, but is on order with the
supplier, and will be shipped to you as soon as possible (which, in most
cases should only be a few days, but in some cases, could be 1-3 weeks
after you place your order.) For out of stock items, please contact us for more information.

What are your accepted payment methods?
All prices listed on our website are by default in N.Z. Dollars.
We currently accept Cash on Pickup, Bank Deposit, Paypal, Credit and Debit Cards.
All our credit card transactions are secure, You DO NOT require a PayPal account to purchase using a credit card.
Bank account details are emailed upon confirmation of order,
You will be given an invoice number to use as your reference when making the deposit.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes we accept PayPal and soon international orders via Western Union Money transfers

Do you offer customers any special discounts?
Customers on our e-mail newsletter lists have access to exclusive discounts and
promotions available only to subscribers. If you'd like to have access to
special promotions, discount codes and other goodies exclusively for customers who

What does the Order Status and/or Product Status mean?
This indicates the current status of your order, or of each item within your
order. There are several statuses:
- Pending - Your order
has been accepted and will be processed soon.
- Processing - Your payment has been recieved
and is in the process of being packaged. (Note that your order could remain in
this state for several days. Check stock availabilty for estimated shipping times)
- Despatched - Your order
has been fully shipped. You will now be able to view your tracking number.
- Delivered - Your order has been successfully delivered, and you will be enjoying your goodies.
- Cancelled - Your order
has been canceled. You will be notified via email with the reason
Can I make changes to my order?
If your order is still in the New status, we are able to make some changes,
Please contact us as soon as possible to make these changes.
If it is outside of our business hours, please follow the instructions below to cancel
your order and place a new order with the required changes.
We are not able to change items in your shopping cart, or add additional items to your
order once your order has been completed.
Please note that our order and shipping systems are
designed to get orders despatched quickly and efficiently. Therefore, once
the order has changed to the processing status, we will
not be able to cancell or make any changes to it.
Do you supply a warranty on the goods you sell?
Yes as per the CGA we supply a 12 month return to base warranty, unless stated otherwise in the product listing.
We are only able to supply a warranty on parts and modchips if they are installed by tronix.
RMA Faulty Goods
If you believe your goods may be faulty, please send them back to us and we will test and repair or replace if necessary.
There is a 10% restocking fee if you change your mind about an order this is to cover handling and packaging costs please choose carefully.
What is your Privacy Policy?
We take your privacy very seriously. We will never rent or sell your
information to any third parties, we only use the information we collect from
you to convey your order information, or to send you e-mails such as specials and newsletters at
your request.

Please note that you may need to pay additional import fees,
taxes, brokerage fees, and handling fees to receive your order. These
additional fees are not collected or controlled by tronix.co.nz.
Also, you might be contacted by your local customs office concerning payment of
customs fees, or to receive final delivery of your order. Customs processing of
your shipment might cause delays in the delivery of your package. Please make
sure you are familiar with your country's customs process and fee structure
before you order - so you know what to expect.
